Lifetime Warranty
At Layla Kaisi Collection, we provide a lifetime warranty of our fine jewellery for the original owner from the date of purchase. This will include buff and polishing; cleaning; inspection; and checking of any potential faults which may have occurred during usage. We recommend this is done every 6 – 12 months for diamond and coloured stone set products. This service is free of charge to ensure your piece remains as beautiful as the day you received it.
Please note, servicing does not cover free sizing, or repair from misuse/wear and tear. Customer mishandling, or wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Layla Kaisi Collection jewellery is delicate in nature and should be handled carefully. Please be aware that gemstones and diamonds are also not guaranteed against chips and wear and tear.

If however, you receive a product with a manufacturing fault; once assessed, we will gladly repair the merchandise or, if we deem appropriate, exchange the item if the product was purchased within 12 months. In the instance that your piece has been repaired by an external jeweller this manufacturer’s warranty could be voided.
Additionally if a precious stone from your design falls out, but is still in your possession, we will reset it free of charge. However, if the stone has fallen out and gets lost, then this will incur an insurance claim in order to replace and set the new stone: i.e. Layla Kaisi Collection does not replace stones for free, but we can provide identical or similar stones to the one you had for an additional cost to obtain the stone.
All diamonds and precious stones at Layla Kaisi Collection are conflict and child labour free. We only deal with trusted suppliers who adhere to the Kimberley Process, a global initiative which prevents and commits to remove all conflict diamonds from within the supply chain.
