Shipping + Production

Our jewellery is hand-made to your order. This is pretty special, but also means that some pieces take longer than others to produce and ship out especially during busy periods or for highly customised or labour intensive pieces. 


Please allow approximately 8-12 weeks for your order to be to be crafted and shipped out (only if your item is not readily available in stock). Items only ship out on Monday-Friday.  

If you need a handcrafted jewellery piece urgently for a gift or for some other reason, we will always do our very best to get the piece to you in time for you. Please contact us at hello@laylakaisicollection.co.nz prior to placing your order to give the best chance for it to reach you on time.  

Orders within the New Zealand
Orders domestically within NZ may be shipped via:
- Courier & Signature. Please allow between 1-3 working days for your shipment to arrive once you have received confirmation that your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your order online at courierpost.co.nz with the tracking number supplied to you in your shipment confirmation email. 

Orders to Australia
Orders to Australia may be shipped via:
- International Express Courier. International tracking information is available online at courierpost.co.nz. You will be able to track your order online with the tracking number supplied to you in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow between 3-5 working days for your shipment to arrive once you receive confirmation that your order has been shipped.
- FedEx. International tracking information is available online at fedex.com. You will be able to track your order online with the tracking number supplied to you in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow between 3-7 working days for your shipment to arrive once you receive confirmation that your order has been shipped. 

International Orders 
Delivering across the globe via:
- International Express Courier. International tracking information is available online at courierpost.co.nz. You will be able to track your order online with the tracking number supplied to you in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow between 3-5 working days for your shipment to arrive once you receive confirmation that your order has been shipped. 
FedEx. International tracking information is available online at fedex.com. You will be able to track your order online with the tracking number supplied to you in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow between 3-7 working days for your shipment to arrive once you receive confirmation that your order has been shipped. 

*Additionally if you do find a piece you like, and you are outside of current shipping plans please feel free to email us at hello@laylakaisicollection.co.nz prior to purchasing and we will try our best to ship out to your location.

All international buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs and duties that may be assessed by their government.

  • Layla Kaisi Collection does not accept responsibility for any lost/stolen/damaged items in transit. 
  • Customers are liable to pay any customs tax or import charges on orders.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT SENT TO PO BOX ADDRESSES FOR SAFETY AND INSURANCE PURPOSES. Please keep this in mind when providing a shipping address.

Return Policy 
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, however if there is a manufacturing fault with the jewellery pieces we will meet our obligations under the consumer guarantees act and try our best to rectify the issue. In this case you may return the item(s) within 10 days from confirmed delivery date and you may receive a repair to the manufacturing fault or exchange to piece. 
Any damage to the jewellery outside a manufacturing fault will not be available for returns or exchange. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Misuse of pieces (re: care instructions)
  • Repairs done by any other person(s)/company
  • General wear and tear

All return items must appear new and unused, in their original condition and carefully and securely wrapped in their original packaging. If you do not return the product following this process, your exchange may be refused or delayed.
