Turnaround time Our jewellery is handcrafted to your order. This is pretty special, but also means that some pieces take longer than others to produce and ship out especially during busy periods or for highly customised or labour intensive pieces.
Please allow approximately 8-12 weeks for your order to be designed, crafted, and shipped out (only if your item is not readily available in stock). Items only ship out on Monday-Friday.
If you need a piece urgently for a gift or for some other reason, we will always do our very best to get the piece to you in time for you and have been know to craft a piece in as little as 1.5 weeks! Please contact us at email@example.com to placing your order to give the best chance for it to reach you on time.
Payment All payments to Layla Kaisi Collection are processed via online bank transfer, or through the website via online credit card payments; all secure payment gateways.
Shipping and Handling You will be contacted on dispatch of your order to let you know once your item is completed and is on its way to you. You will be provided with a tracking number which you can check at NZ Post, FedEx, or DHL depending on chosen method. Please note - shipping time does not include production time.
Duties and Taxes Occasionally, dependant on the recipient country and the relevant import laws, duties and taxes may be payable. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Stones As all gems we use in our jewellery are natural, there may be a slight variation in shade and colour. Stones shown in online images may not always exactly match the stone in the jewellery piece purchased due to the variable nature of naturally sourced precious gems. Layla Kaisi Collection uses only diamonds and gems from sources which are free from conflict and child labour.
Sizing Layla Kaisi Collection is not responsible for any incorrect self-measured sizing. Should a purchased piece require resizing due to an incorrect guessed size, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions. Customers will be responsible for all postage & redelivery charges for resizing. Resizing fees will apply, this is quoted on a case by case basis depending on the piece. Please always double check the sizing chart prior to ordering. If you are unsure about which size to order please contact email@example.com for assistance prior to purchasing.
Faults Layla Kaisi Collection jewellery is entirely handcrafted and therefore there will always be some variations between pieces. Some pieces are fine and delicate and should be handled and worn with care. Normal wear and tear on jewellery items is not considered a fault. However should you receive an item where a manufacturing fault has occurred please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Following inspection and if the fault is deemed a manufacturing error we will try our best to rectify the issue with repair or exchange.
If there is a manufacturing fault with the jewellery pieces, we will meet our obligations under the consumer guarantees act and try our best to rectify the issue. In this case you may return the item(s) within 10 days from confirmed delivery date and you may receive a repair to the manufacturing fault or exchange to piece. Any damage to the jewellery outside a manufacturing fault will not be available for repair or exchange. This includes but is not limited to:
Repairs Repairs are available for all our products in our online store and custom-designed bespoke pieces. Each repair is assessed by case. Therefore each individual case will incur a different charge depending on the work needed. The client must bare the cost of repair as well as all postage and delivery should that be necessary.
Returns Policy At Layla Kaisi Collection, our jewellery is made to order upon your request therefore goods sold are non-refundable due to the personal specifications they are all made under. As a result of this exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind.
All return items must appear new and unused, in their original condition and carefully and securely wrapped in their original packaging. If you do not return the product following this process, your exchange may be refused or delayed. Layla Kaisi Collection is not responsible for any return shipping costs.
Layla Kaisi Collection Ltd is the only authorised manufacturer and seller of LKC brand designs, any unauthorised 3rd party sellers (public and private) are not permitted to distribute or sell Layla Kaisi Collection Ltd products. This goes against our brand policy of exclusivity and tailor made design.
