Layla Kaisi Collection is a private jewellery house founded in Auckland in 2017.

Every piece is designed by Layla Kaisi and crafted for a single person, a single moment, a single story that required its own form.

The work begins not with a catalogue but with a conversation. Not with what is available, but with what has never yet existed. Each curve is drawn with intention. Each stone is hand-selected for its provenance.

This is jewellery as the articulation of a life, worn by those who understand that the most personal things are never found. They are made.

Every LKC piece is crafted in our Auckland workshop from start to finish. Each design passes through the hands of a small team of skilled jewellers, and through our quality review before it enters your life.

Nothing is outsourced. Nothing is rushed.

Layla Kaisi Collection diamonds are sourced through long-standing relationships with trusted partners and, where possible, directly from cutters. Every stone is scrutinised personally by Layla for quality, cut, and provenance before it enters a commission.

We work almost exclusively with GIA-certified diamonds - the most rigorous independent grading standard in the industry. All diamond partners operate in compliance with the Kimberley Process, and our direct relationships keep the supply chain short enough that traceability is never in question.

On occasion, antique diamonds are sourced for clients who request them - hand-cut stones recovered from estate pieces, carrying a provenance and character that modern cutting rarely produces.

LKC works directly with a select number of small-scale artisanal miners and cutters across Australia, the USA, Sri Lanka, and Madagascar. The supply chain is kept as short and direct as possible to ensure full traceability.

Suppliers are personally selected by Layla and every new partner is cross-referenced within our existing network and the wider industry before being onboarded.
